Minister Cwele engages the Umzinyathi Distict Municipality in Dundee on the proposed broadband rollout which will take place in the Umzinyathi district. Minister Cwele emphasised the importance of broadband to District Mayor James Mthethwa of Umzinyathi, Mayor Mahaye of Emdumeni and councillors. A presentation was done by the Department which outlined the infrastructure rollout.
