Minister Cwele engages the Impendle Local Municipality councillors at the broadband ICT assessment in the Umgungundlovu Distrivt Municipality. Technical staff from Telkom, USAASA and KZN Provincial services were present to render support. Minister Cwele visted the Magistrate's court, a Thusong centre, clinic and the Siyazama High School in Impendle.
