Minister Cwele addresses the learners of the Siyazama High school as part of the ICT broadband infrastructure assessment visit in Impendle municipality in the Umgungundlovu District. The school, which 341 learners, lies in rural Kwazulu-Natal and will be one of the beneficiaries of the broadband rollout which will take place in eight rural priority areas announced by President Jacob Zuma during his Stae of the Nation address.
